Yes. Each Tofu gives you five positive alignment points; but if you're a perfectly good character, those crunchy chicks will barely dent your alignment anyway.

You can only sell them in The Lost Chapters; in Snowspire Village. In the original Fable, you can't sell them.

There are occasional things like this which you can't do anything with, but which you can highlight by zooming in on it with your bow. I find the Cider crate in the Witchwood cavern is the same. I don't know why; I suspect it's just some sort of minor glitch.
