yes i have, didnt work with marksmanship or using bows normally =(

I just reached lvl 32 hunter, and my i upgraded scatter shot to 2/12 but when I fight i dont see any aoe dmg being inflicted, or any sort of aoe animation after i fire. I have marksmanship 12/12 but not puncture shot arrows.

Any hunters notice this too?
