when I enter the wyvern's nest to complete the quest of coran, as soon as the first wyvern is killed, the game quits to windows having an error message saying about chitin and so. does anyone knows how to fix the problem?

i have finished every single quest in sigil,curst and even in baator and carceri but when I return to mortuary no portal could be located. do I have to do something else? I want to get to fortress of regrets. I apreciate your help in advance. thank you.

i am experiencing a problem that occurs when i finish my job in the hive and try to get into the mortuary in order to head for fortress of regrets. while loading mortuary map game exits to windows and shuts itself down. do you know a solution or a patch to correct this error?
