FIXed the problem

What I did was:

went to System Properties, Device Manager: clicked on properities of my audio and did roll back driver. THIS worked for me. Hope it works for anyone else that has this same problem.

After I click on the DL icon I get this message on a black screen:

Device Error
AudioInit:-1

HELP please
