Last movie I saw in the theatre was Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby. Agree with all of Stanolis’ comments. Some good scenes and lines, but crap for the most part and that kiss was disturbingly long. Wanted to watch The Departed but my friends were stoned and wanted to watch Talladega and ...

afaik, no. I don't think any game using the infinity engine (BG,IWD,etc.) allows you to initiate dialogue with hostile creatures.

Keep Korgan, definitely. Also, I never had Keldorn start-up with anyone but Viconia.. iirc he never attacked Edwin or Korgan..

I'd take Valygar, he is deadly dual-wielding CF and, say, Pixie Prick(sp?) or a Katana +2.

I like Khalid, he's one of the few trueclass fighters you get in the game and his stats aren't really bad. and he IS funny :P

Yup, take all his gear off and send him to battle an ogre or something by himself :P I ...

"The one time I played, I got thru to the end of Chapter 5 without getting smoked (except for that blue chick kissed me, hardly fair btw). "

To counter this, iirc you can switch the order of the portraits on the right side of the screen. put any male npc at the top so that she will assume he is the ...

I bought the War of the Ancients trilogy by Richard a Knaak (of Dragonlance fame) and was pleasantly surprised to see that it was quite good (I hate Dragonlance stuff). I'm halfway through the 3rd volume now, The Sundering.

On a related note: Could any of you provide a link to a site that tells the ...

The few Dragonlance books I’ve read, I found dull and I’m an avid reader of FR novels so I can agree with you in that it has nothing like PS:T. I guess the vibe I’m looking for is the kind of “ominous mystery” in a fantasy setting. Kind of like the vibe you get from Neil Gaiman’s Neverwhere.

Hmm, I think I may give this no death/reload type of game a run-through in BG1 as well :p I’m planning to stay away from those areas with those damn Sirines though. And those dungeons that never stop spawning skeleton warriors and kobold commandos. Still thinking of what kind of character I’ll use..

Oh, okay. Thanks for the reply Z. I’d already considered that trilogy but their availability on amazon is pretty low. Also, I’m aware of the various Planescape AD&D rulebooks/sourcebooks, etc. but they’re not really what I’m looking for, so I guess this is a dead end :( 1 question though, can you ...

like most, my vote is for the 2 sabers. The more upgrades in your lightsaber, the more advantages you’re granted. Imo there’s really no reason to go for the double-bladed one except for RP’ing reasons or if you find it cooler looking.

As regards your question, I’m not too sure. Afaik, having a ...
