well i figured that out that he was gonna take his amor off in the pool but when i shot him he wouldent die so i waited for him to go into the pub i followed him up the stairs and waited for him to sit down and attacked him then jumped across and stood on the chandelier and attacked him and ...

im am on the quest permanent retirement and when i shoot him with the arrow that they give me he does not die infact far from it i dont know what to do can somone please give me some insight
