Its been my experience that most often you can complete most of a level without travelling away from it, however that is not always the case and there are some parts you need either Words for, or keys hidden behind Words or otherwise on different levels.
Don't know your specific situation though ...

Gatekeeper won't work since its the BG2 engine, and Shadowkeeper needs some fiddling with since the files are in different locations now (saves under My Documents, etc.)
But the console is still there, Shadowkeeper still works with a few tricks, and the game has gotten the fixpack fixes and much ...

to "clean" a windows system one uses things such as Ccleaner and Revo Uninstaller for example, but my advice would be to format and reinstall the C drive completely.

It's all Ribald and only Ribald who can send them back and get you the belt. The Paladins of the Order only accept them to live with them and not send them back to Krynn.
Besides, paying Ribald gives you the best xp-reward as well for the money, and by the time you get to that part money shouldn't ...

are you using the http://www.gibberlings3.net/widescreen/ ?
if so, you should run the resulting file from the game directory and input the X and Y coords of your resolution.
You cannot use the BGConfig program to do this.

anti-magic field is a zone, nothing works there, nada. You can't cast things on anything or anyone inside such a field.
I assume you're talking about the Mastery of Shaping from the Archmage and other like prestige classes....That won't work with anti-magic field at all. You can cast spells around ...
