Yes, I thought you had to turn off all the lights. In reality, you have to leave a few on so they don't backtrack.

I am on the quest where you have to get the spirits to follow you by turning off the ghostlights. Well, there is one they keep avoiding, even though it is off, and there are no ghostlights on anywhere around that area, or hostile ghosts, so they should follow me, right? But the spirits keep going ...
