I'd like to see a villain that is cruel and manipulative, strong in the force, but somewhat physically weak.

Perhaps he could be an advisor pulling the strings of the "true" Sith Lord, ruling from the shadows. But the Sith Lord (or at least the figurehead) needs to be a member of the Sith species.

I like the idea, although it could probably be better implemented as a "hidden" choice at the end of the prologue (kinda like the male/female/LS/DS Revan in KotOR II), and build two or three distinct plots from there to increase the game's replay value.
