So is there any program or something like that that can warp you to a city or something like that?

OKay, so I'm stuck in the lower part of Ulm in the water works type area and can't get the gate to the previous part to open with the levers. I already have the armor but can't get out. Is there a certain combo you need to put the levers to to reverse that doors? Or is it bugged and I have to get a ...
