There are no lab station on the actual planet... there is a lab station Goto's Yacht... which isn't on Nar Shadarr itself...

what power do you get if you are a nutrial force user

Which power you get doesn't depend on your alignment it depends if you either keeped the jedi masters alive, or did you kill the jedi masters. I also was under the impression that this is what selects if you recieve the dark ending to the game ...

Okay. So I'm about half way throught the game. I finished Nar Shaddaa and went back to Vogga the Hutt. He said he would open up a trade with Telos. I have 2 small problems.

1. In the walkthrough it says I should go tell Lt. Grenn on Telos. The problem is that there are no dialouge options with him ...

Did you get the Griff mission after you gave the sand people the vaporators or before? If you got it after I don't think there is a way to find him...
