Does wisdom affect the xp your party members receive?

Thanks for the advice. I found a XP cap remover...works good so far.

So did nobody mod this game? Even fallout 2 with vastly inferior modding tools garnered tons of unofficial patches, and from what ive seen the game still has serious dialog bugs and such.

As title. In particular the mod that removes the level cap of 50...anyone know where i can get them?

The funny thing is....it ran on this exact same machine before i had the HDD replaced.

The first problem is, when i try to run the installer, i get nothing but a blue screen. Not the BSOD, just a blue screen, no text, etc and i can alt-tab out and close the non-functioning setup.exe with task ...
