Had the same problem figuring it out, but the next passage is in the deep water. Don't go all the way down (Where you will find a HUGE slaughterfish). The passage is in the water some play, and it's not very deep. Can't remeber exactly where, but you will find it! ;)

Oongar the Weary (Thieves Guild)

I just came across a bug, which appearently everyone has heard about, that I can't sell my stolen goods to "the guy in skingrad". I know that I can fence gold at Oongar the Weary's place, but where can I find him??
