hmm ok do you know how far in you get the chance to become one like approximate level ? or chapter?

Grobnars quest comes toward the end, you have to introduce him to those two wierd gnomes in the town whose name I forget. Its the north most one I think. The one where you go to help prove your innocence in the trial.

I never use Qara so I couldnt tell you about hers.
