Thanks, Kathy. I have read the walkthroughs up to where I am in the game. Maybe I'm always trying the same, wrong, nest because I usually see the chest nearby. I have been unable to get farther south because I can't climb the hills fast enough without getting killed, in spite of using my wards of ...

I've been over and over the nests and can't pick up an egg. All I see are skulls. Are the eggs in the dragon nests? I don't even get a text that says an egg, as you do with other items that you can pick up. I'm some frustrated.

After buying the totem of the tree, I then encountered the Spirit of the Forest in the same area, but nothing happens when I "select" him. Is the Spirit of the Tree supposed to do something?
