I have some questions and I hoped that someone could help me?

1-there was a quest for the countess of bruma,then when I went to the ruin and crossed it i found a crumpled note in a barrel beside the fortress and there was a key too and beside the fortress i found a chest that need a key o open it ...

i have searched in the forum for a mod that enables me to summon more than one creature but i couldn't find anything
so can someone help me?

i have killed a mage so i went to the arcane university and they gave me a quest to get 20 vampire dust and 20 daedric hearts
so plz i want to know a place where i can find the vampires and the daedrics
to get the dust and the heart from them
