After buying rouge trooper I vowed never to buy another pc game that was also made for a throw away console.

Oops I just skimed over that article.

There is two positive things ive read about fallout 3 so far:
They refuse to make it for a throw away console system.
Its going to remain similar to the dark style of fallout 1 2 and tactics.

I also think that without the original interplay programers this game wont reach its potential.
