I always take Daedric Armor 24/7 in Oblivion, mostly due to its toughness and overall cool-looking.

I usually beat the stuffing out of my enemies with my Daedric Longsword. When my target is just about to die, I paralyze him/her/it so he/she/it falls to the ground, then I take out my Daedric Bow, aim for the head, and let fly. The arrow gets stuck in their heads! If you have all of the upgrades for Frostcrag Spire, go there and use the Altar of Enchanting in the Main Area. You will still have to pay gold if you want to enchant something.

Say you've got 50 Iron Arrows in your chest. Look in the Weapons tab for said arrows and drop them. Tada! No more painful-arrows-in-the-chest!
