Hello,
Does anyone know how or where could I get the background music which could be heard occasionally in the area of De Arnise Keep? Or that one in Amkethran? These music tracks are very well done, but they are not included on the soundtracks for SoA and ToB and I don't know where else to look for ...

Well, I reinstalled BG and the problem was somehow solved. At least, until I put back that BG2 Fixpack. It seems that some modifications included in those fixes are causing the problem. However, I really want to keep some fixes active, since they correct quite a few smelly bugs. What should I do?

My version is 2.5.26498, ToB included. No mods, except BG2 Fixpack from Gibberlings Three. Haven't tried re-installing yet, seems a bit drastic to me, but if you think it might solve the problem...
