1) I'm pretty sure all the games in the GSP collection are already patched, but you can easily find this out yourself by looking in the bottom right hand corner of the menu screen.
2) GSP is located in the UK, thus the games are UK versions, so you'd need the corresponding patch--if, of course, it ...
