I can't seem to figure out how to get her to go to the LS. I refought the guy and her 3 times and used every option and she just ends up going back to the Academy. Any help as what conversation options to pick?

SPOILER: OK after coming back on your ship for the first time after getting HK, theres a cut scene. He first talks to "the fat one" (goto) then he goes to the security place and talks to T3 about his memory loss, and wanting to get into some security guarded files.

I'm DS right now, and I've trained everyone I could into a Jedi. You can still be DS and train them. Follow the influence guide, and just be nice when someone who is LS is around, Handmaiden, and Atton are evil as hell. Bao is tougher, he is more in the middle but DS enough to have the tattoos ...
