What is the best party and weapon distribution you've ever made? and why?

For me its
1) Paladin - sword, flail, bow, great sword
2) F/Druid - sword, club, sling, spear
3) F dual to Druid - dagger*****, sling
4) F/M/T - bow, sword, short sw, axe
5) Cleric - sling, hammer, mace
6 ...

I'd say that i would not like to go through the game without a dual class Fighter Druid. In normal, usually a f3>druid, in Hof, usually a f7>druid. They provide so much useful spells early on.

The 2nd character will be a multi classed cleric. I've been using a R/C quite often ...

Its pretty cool cause the R/C can get a 3.5 attack per round.

What about the spell spiritual hammer? Is it a +2 weapon at higher level then +3 weapon at highest level?

Why is it that thaco don't matter? Isn't that a measure of how easy to hit?

In some weapons there is a +2 or +3 behind it. For example the throwing axe +2 or arrow+2. Some weapons just have a name. How do i know it can hit baddies that require +2 or +3?

I'm a fan of cleric and druid spells. MC F/D and R/C will lose lot of spell quantities right? Logically, a R7C will progresss faster in terms of thaco and spells compared to a R/C. The R/C gains extra 0.5 attack per round comparatively.
