I had Pox kill me to get back in. I will perhaps try another way.

Never seen anything quite like that. Did you attack one of the other innocent zombies wandering around that level? That's the only thing I can think of offhand that would cause that.

And I do not believe there is any way to remove the red circle or get him to calm down. Sorry :(

I know that in the Mortuary I can go back after I get the Stories-Bones-Tell ability and talk to the zombie that was formerly Xachariah. However, I went back and I can't talk to him because he has a red circle around him like he is an enemy and so the special ability and the initiate dialogue ...
