I am still pretty early on in the game, and I am a level 5 rogue. I will try to avoid any spoilers so I'll be vague. Whenever I get spotted for a sleight of hand, the NPCs that I tried to steal from doesn't turn hostile...I doubt that it would ruin the plot or anything if those npcs die. So I am ...
