I've recently been tryin (a lot) to use the Morrowind Editor to, well, make things. I (kinda) know how to edit things in the game (such as adding weapons & armor, or moving pre-existing buildings), but when it comes to actually designing new, custom buildings, I just can't make the Editor program ...
