I hope you are all doing well. I have a new question. In the Black lake district there is a secret room behind the bookcase. There is a note that says "A splinter delivered in flight" and it refers to the ceremonial arrow. Where do I get the ceremonial arrow?

Thanks for helping me get through the docks, but now I am having a hard time fighting in the gauntlet. I have the coin and talked with the bar tender, made it down into the room with the fighters, but I can't seem to challenge anyone. Any advise?
