my m8 told me that i can get skull crusher in oblivion but is it only in morrowind or can i find it in this one as well

the sword that the king as is no more than a silver short sword its not even worth wanting theres one in the blackwood base with a silver axe and blackwood shield you can take them and it wont be a theft dunno why

my bro downloaded the update for oblivion on the xbox 360 and the duplicate item trick wont work any more is there any other way to do it

ive gust got elder scrolls 4 oblivion but i need to no is there any other way to get shivering isles or knights of the nine for xbox 360 with out down loading them with xbox live as i dont have it can i download it to a pc then send it to the xbox or not let me no please
