It always says that the cd key is not recognized or something

Any body know anything about putting in the cd key?

I bought this game at Walmart for 10 bucks...cool. :)
Went to go play it... and its just been one problem after another. :mad:
I have the collectors edition.. and some of the problems I've been having are:

I'm always getting stuck... one time i loaded the game and got my head stuck in a chandaler ...
