This is a SE PC question.
I was just wondering if it is possible to recieve the ultimate scholar gem from Pilgrim's Rest Inn if you choose the option to accept the reward from the innkeeper and not fight them.
Maybe there is a way to make them fighting mad even after you have accepted the reward ...
