Nevermind ... the ever elusive "R" button was found on my keyboard today and opened up a whole new world of leveling up fun

Ok this is probably going to sound dumb but seriously where is the "level up" button. The game tells me I have lvled up and my Chars. have the "plus sign" icon on their portraits but I can not for the life of me locate a Lvl up button. I read the manual and searched these forums but had no luck ...
