Firstly, to drag Warlock Eldritch abilities into Quickbar, you have you use two different steps I believe: from the Character screen for the Blast and from the Spellbook for the rest (spellbook not quickcast) which also gives you the combination effects (e.g. Eldritch Cone with Brimstone Blast ...
