There's nothing to bother about, it's good if she's sent to the maze, she can gather some XP and equipment there on her way out.
Many players even make the lady angry on purpose because they don't want to miss this part of the game.

Just don't make the lady angry again afterwards, the second time ...

Did she make a backup, or is there an auto-backup, before this killing spree?

there is no backup save.... one is quicksave in the area from which she cant get out, another is autosave before that area but anyways same happens later.... both saves are after killing spree

my girlfriend played torment but she screwed up game a little... (killed every thug in the city... even those who didnt attacked her :) )
so Lady got a little angry and she mazes her everytime she try to leave the city...

so if there is any way to cheat this or something because i really want ...
