My conqueror

I have conqueror -lvl 61 legendary IV.act.

I had big problems because conq need really good items.But I found some of them and now it´s OK.I killed legendary Typhoon for a few seconds without potions,and secret passage is OK,too.I´ve got some great items(iris,pendant of immortal ...

Help,please-problem with attack speed

I have TQ v.1.30 without datadisc.I have attack speed 202% but there is still 190%.I tried to change it but it is still same.Is that bug or 190% is max???
