I think there was a bug that prevented the dragon from reappearing sometimes, think i saw that on the 2.2 patch notes. If nothing else, hope you have backups of your savegames.

Freshly started a dual wielder after getting a bit sick of getting my ass kicked as a ranger, and to my surprise, it's doing around ~350-700 damage on ~level 35. The whole trick i saw, was to focus on damage and life steal, no other defenses. Enough said i got used to run around with only 4-5 health ...

Long story short, say i have a weapon which shows 5-10 damage and has a 1-3 fire damage. If the text on the weapon says 5-10, is that actually a 4-7 normal with the 1-3 bonus, showing ...
