I'm not sure this is technically a bug but it was amusing: heading towards the hole in the cemetary wall behind the Sin Bin, an oil barrel started rolling around. I took a look and found one of the rats evidently has supernatural strength.

I had a similar (and repetative) problem. What I found that worked was the cross hair had to be exactly on the correct button (despite the correct button being hi-lited when not exactly on it).

One I thought strange happened in Brothers Salvage while playing as a Nost. I got behind the Carnival Killer and -- no cut scene. Not knowing what to do, I started hacking at him with my ax - lots of blood but no damage. So I buffed and potentized - same result. Leaving him alone didn't help either ...
