The guardian of the lance is a REVENANT yes a REVENANT. it doesnt recover hp but it has a nasty vampiric attack.(leaches 30-40% of the damage it deals) and high hp. go for hit and run attacks(mainly fire attacks cuz it does more dmg.) or you could go for exorcism. if you have any spells to knock it ...

if melee is going to be ur main form of attack i suggest you go for 2h with vampirism(very HIGH vampirism) with either high resistances or evasion. But if your gonna be more of a caster(for example a fire mage) then i'd suggest you go for a 1 handed and a shield for the extra defence(and also ...

lol this game is totally easy.... with a walkthrough.
sincerely anyone who play this game needs a good walkthrough to begin with or you're gonna end up doing something stupid.
This game unlike most other hack and slash rpgs isnt totally hack and slash.
