Thanks for the idea, but I don't have a Downtwon-savegame yet (still playing the early Santa Monica missions). It is actually my sixth replay (God, I just love this game), but I don't keep my earlier savegames.

First of all, thanks to Wesp5 for your continuing efforts with the patches. It's highly appreciated.
But sadly I also got the pedestrian-issue, they are not moving at all. Deleting the sm_hub-files you mentioned didn't help, neither did starting a new game, they're still frozen.
