no other quests really unless like wesp said you have 8 or 9 persuasion.. the upper rooms in the house are around if you decide to sneak through the house or fight your way to get to the basement.. (assuming you couldn't talk your way in through the front door)

this part is somewhat buggy. chances are he won't readily sell you blood anymore unless you pay him 200 dollars or something like that.. but it is also possible if you said the right things that you can replace the donor to get him to sell blood to you again.. if thats the case the quest will show ...
