Is there a feat for that lets you choose between dex and str, as to which modifier affects chance to hit ?

lightsabers' chance to hit is affected by dexterity ?? But describing the effects of strength modifiers, they say it affects melee weapons' chance to hit (vibroblades, lightsabers,etc.).
