Hey!
I have a similar problem, I can activate the cheat console, but not any cheats seems to be activated when I type them in, could somebody please help?
The specifics :
I have the 3 in 1 Boxet set, and I have IW1+HoW+TotL installed.
I have both Cheats=1 in the ini file, and Cheats Console ...
