can the levels of difficulty be changed once you've played the game for awhile..??

Maybe some change to the "settings" file or something...Searched the forum..no answer, and tried my game options settings..can find no way except at the very start of the game...

I stored all my stuff with the innkeeper and he's dead. Can't retrieve items now...not for awhile anyway...

I've read all the books I could find or buy, collected herbs and flowers etc, but still haven't got the hang of making potions. Meditating doesn't get the results it's supposed to...duh....re ...

Can't seem to kill the Salamanders in the house. The ones that appear after I win the trust of the three townspeople and the town changes..... Killed the two outside with no problem. Tried the Fast Sword...the Group, but I get nowhere. I'm level 9 and can kill any other "creature" with no problem ...

Finished the game with a party heavy into magic use. Lothar about level 65 and the Archer the same.

I've started a new game at the next difficulty level and I'm bored to dickens.

Nothing new except a few enhanchments. And monsters a little tougher.

Other than that...all is exactly the same as the ...
