Try this fix, it seems to do the trick
Keep Storage and Imbue Item fixes -- Neverwinter Nights 2 Vault

I would have switched the second Epic Toughness for a Great Intelligence feat, that would decrease your HP with 30 but boost your spell DC with 1 point

And why not 5 levels of wizard and 9 levels of eldritct knight?

If you have MotB installed and haven’t patched your game you should do that.
This bug appeared after MotB was released. It was fixed with a patch awhile ago.

What level is your character at?
To use 3 pristine essences you have to caster level 30.

how do you get the Dread lord of the keep feat. is there anythig special you have to do?

As far as I know the armour of the prestige classes introduced in MotB don’t appear in game at all.

But you could edit a merchant’s inventory so you can buy them.
