I've turned down Lady Grey by betraying her in the quest Investigating the Mayor, and became the Mayor of Bow. North. Now I just want to marry someone there, but everytime i talk to her (I already gave her a wedding ring) she says that I need to own a house, and I own everything in Bowerstone North ...

How can I remove books from my inventory, or how can I sell them?
Because I want the dark will hat from the Teacher in the quest "The book collection", and I have a lot of "good" books in my inventory.
