Thanks for the link. I checked it out. No such luck. I've since just continued on. I still make pit stops there when fast traveling in the general direction to see if anything has changed and haven't had any success with that.

I got the mission to kill the dragon on top of skyborn altar. I got up there, then killed the dragon. From that point, there are 2 problems. 1-the dragon didn't turn to flames and award me a dragon soul. I was able to loot it. 2- There's a word wall there but no word on it. The screen still gets ...

I only began playing a few days ago and I've run into a few places that I don't have quests for, and I've gone into and cleaned out some areas that I didn't have quests for.
