please can anyone help me in beyond divinity i can't get keegan to take the white rum so that i can gain access to General Bram’s room i have spoken to him several times and it never comes up in the conversation i have also done everything else except that. can anyone help

can anyone please tell me how to gain access to the battlefields in beyond divinity i know that it says with the secondary skill but how do i get the skill for battlefields i also have the battlefields key
if anyone knows please help
