I forgot I posted this, lol. Anyway, I figured out what happened and why I only had 6 HP. I had started a new game and skipped the intro, you know the whole tutorial part. I had never done that before and as soon as I got into the game I didn't "level up" my character from the ...

It most likely is vista. I had installed NWN on my new PC I had built with Vista (kicking myself for it now) instead of windows XP. Well, after I had installed it I was able to play NWN but I had to watch the intro movie ALL the time. If I tried to skip it NWN would crash.

I've had similar problems with other games but not NWN with bugs. In the end I had to uninstall the game and then re-install it. Though I don't recall ever hearing about this bug/problem with the game.

Perhaps, certain parts of your game file has become corrupted. Try uninstalling and then ...

No offense but I wouldn't trust that link at all. If someone wants to click on that link and download it...go for it but I wouldn't trust it. Just thought I'd throw that out there even though it has nothing to do with the post.

Umm, I do use both but if one mob hits me its all over. Maybe its just that the mobs are getting lucky and getting to me...I dont know. And your advice sucks and good job stating the obvious.

Maybe I just suck at this game or maybe not but I'm having trouble starting out playing as a sorcerer in the OC (I have the diamond edition). I have 6 hp and for some reason I just keep dieing and can't really get that far.

Cool thanks for the info guys I'll check out the warrior class. However, I have to say I think I like the idea of the whole new resting system.

I was wondering what is perhaps the easiest class to start out as in order to get the feel of the game? I played BG2 and Throne of Bhaal from start to finish many times so I'm no noobie when it comes to games like this. :P
