OK , so the final battle of IWD (where the game stops) is still ...

I recently bought HoW and installed it along with TotL. Now in what order do i finish the game. Do I go thru IWD the same as before and after the final battle continue on to HoW. Or do I do most of IWD , HoW and TotL and then come back to the final battle in IWD.
