I noticed some artifacts and weapons have "**** (activated upon attack)" on them. Is that a percentual chance (if that's the case, what's the chance?)
or does it activate every time you attack? same with "activated upon taking damage".

I believe they are all for humorous purpose only,the story from the monsters's point of view.

My character had three bag when he reached act 5, but when i logged out and in, he lost one of them, he only have two now. Doesn't really matter, because i have deleted him because of awful build that made me go hit and run all the time, but there must be some kind of glitch?

You can find them in act 3, where the neanderthals and saber lions are. From my own experience, they are pretty rare,so just kill a lot of saberlions.

I bought both the original game and the expansion from steam, and now i just have to ask: how do i access the quest editor through steam? since steam doesn't create a game folder when you download a game, i can't seem to find a way.
