Thanks, I'll give it a shot. He has been wearing the Boots of Speed since the moment I found them but switched for the Boots of Elvenkind once I got the Grandmaster's Armor, but since they both add Haste I feel like it could keep the bug going.

I've recently noticed something about my character (Swashbuckler) that is beginning to irritate me. He isn't using his Off Hand weapon to attack, ever. I'm certain it isn't since the Off Hand weapon has fire damage on it and I never see the cinematic for fire damage being done on anything he hits ...
