How do you get to the Ghoul Lord area. I know it is in the sewers during the Seeing Eye quest but where is the entrance?

The scroll is held by a lich in Bodi's liar area. Go to the southern dungeon (south area of the map). The lich is at the end of the eastern tunnel and if you have edwin he will automatically talk about it and initiate combat. The problem I am having is i got the scroll and eventually the spells ...
